What is your return policy?

If you change your mind, we accept returns within 30 days for unworn merchandise in its original, unaltered packaging, and tags are still attached.

If you qualify for shipping and would like to return your order, please go to our Return Center, and submit your request with the order number. For orders below $35,  we do not offer free returns if you didn't buy RE:DO Free Return Service before. Please use a shipping company of your choice to return your item(s).  A pre-paid shipping label will be provided if your order is over $35, please email support@ooohyeah.com with your return RMA number, and we will send the label to you asap. 

Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your refund to process once the returned product is received by our warehouse.

Products that are received by ooohyeah.com in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:

  • Any final sale product (with final sale tags on product detail page)
  • Any product not purchased from ooohyeah.com.
  • Any product with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
  • Any product that is returned without all original status and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, or all other items originally included with the product. Refund returns received in this condition may incur a restocking fee or be rejected.
  • Any product from which the UPC code has been removed from its packaging.
  • Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product damaged, please refer to the Defective Item Q&A below. 
  • Any product which appears tampered, customized, or altered in any way.
  • Due to the health and safety of our staff and customers, we are not accepting returns on our masks and bandanas.
  • International returns.

I received defective items. What can I do?

Returns:

We are really sorry that you received defective items, and we want the chance to make it right! Please send us images of your defective items to support@ooohyeah.com, with a brief note about your order, within 30 days of receiving your order. We will respond asap with steps on how to return the socks. A full refund including shipping costs and will be issued to the original form of payment.

Replacement:

If we sent you an item with a defect such as a snag, tear, or hole we want the chance to send you a replacement that you will love. If you have had our product within 30 days, washed and worn them a few times, and noticed premature wear we are happy to replace those as well. If we determine that you qualify for an exchange, you are welcome to keep the item you are exchanging.

What if I want to exchange the products?

If you would like to exchange your item for a different color or size, please place a new order to secure stock and return your unwanted item.
